These 4 Healthy Recipes Will Satisfy Your Chocolate Cravings

Yes, you can make progress on your fitness journey and eat chocolate too! These healthy recipes are the perfect example.

Each recipe is inspired by your favourite classic chocolatey treats - including chocolate pudding, milkshakes, and Fudgesicles - minus the refined sugars, dairy, and processing. We've replaced those aspects with nutrient-dense, naturally-sourced ingredients that don't sacrifice the yum factor and fuel your body. In some cases, we've even packed in a sneaky dose of fruit and veggies!

Read on to find your new favourite healthy way to get your chocolate fix!

CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER PROTEIN SHAKE

Vegan + Dairy-free

This recipe is simple but oh-so-satisfying and super good for your body! It is naturally sweetened with banana, and creamy thanks to oat milk. It also packs an awesome protein punch with natural peanut butter and chocolate protein powder.

The best part, though? We've even snuck in some sneaky veggies (hello, spinach!) yet it feels as though you're drinking a milkshake. Your taste buds won't know the difference, and neither will your kiddos. Score!

RECIPE

1-2 scoops of natural peanut butter

1 scoop vegan chocolate protein powder or natural cocoa powder

1.5 cups unsweetened oat milk
