Not to mention, you'll get a boost of healthy fats thanks to a sneaky helping of omega-3 fatty acid-rich avocados! Healthy fats are excellent for helping your body absorb nutrients and sustaining stable energy levels throughout your day.
In addition to cleaner ingredients and alleviated sugar spikes, you can also reduce waste and save money by making these at home with reusable popsicle molds! Pictured here is our fudge pop made in a popsicle mold from a local grocery store, or there are some great options on Amazon too (check for BPA-free).
